Main contractors let work in packages, and a package needs a price that follows its BOQ. NLS Contractors runs a package desk for that. You send the scope sheet, BOQ or drawings. The scope is read against the specification, questions come back in writing, and one priced offer follows with inclusions, exclusions, validity and handover documents stated. Yes. Most packages arrive from main contractors, EPC contractors and consultants subletting a scope. The offer follows their BOQ numbering and submittal format.
